Silver is normal height and weight... The bands and TM's (which he can't have normally...) wouldn't even add a lot to that... (Remember that they are made from lightweight materials... The bands from leaves and such, and the TM's from... IDEK what...)

TMs are basically like DvDs so thin metal and plastic or something I guess. You really thought of everything though, I might try doing this with Colt, but I have no idea how to do the equations. :p

So, a normal Jolteon is 0.8 meters (or 2 feet 7 inches.)
And it's weight is 24.5 kilograms (or 54 pounds.)

Colt is a shiny variant, and also slightly larger than most Jolteons, about 3 feet 7 inches.
I don't have a canon weight for him, but you might be able to use height to find weight idk.

Characteristic: Mischievous
