Yes, so you need to get together at least three people. You can do two, but only one of you can get up there. So basically you need two people on opposing teams using the Glooga Dualies. The kit is important because you need the Splash Wall and Booyah Bomb. The additional player can also use this or a weapon with a beakon. You need to charge the booyah bomb and get close to what you want to clip on to. Use the Booyah Bomb and have the person on the other team throw a splash wall at you. Once you throw the Booyah bomb away you will be pushed by the splash wall. It takes a few tries, but it will push you onto the place you want to stand on (like where I was in the image).
