Good grief, it takes a month for you to get the 28 different Crusader streams with their collected 4 members to raid a steam where all comments are disabled.

You got 1.5 members of Congress, a one-day-to-be impeached hated VP who got elected because no one else wanted the position (and future Pres by the end of the year, also basically by default), and absolutely no one on this stream interested in this raid that will happen one day. maybe.
In other words, the raid will be done by you, so what have you been waiting for?

You don’t need Congress’s permission to raid, per Article 12, Section 4.

Section 4: Troop Deployment, Attacks can only be authorized by the President (Or Acting President) and no one else.
