If you're banned by all streams, and it's not my a moderator, It's probably a Global/Site mod(Green M) that banned you because of something you've said/done in a comment section somewhere. However if it's only a few, then it would be a mod/owner.

If it was by a Global Mod, it would've stated that you're just unable to comment until it was over.

If it was a mod/owner, then it would've stated that you have been banned by a moderator.
