I can't decide if it's more sad, or more horrifying. I'm not that smart of a guy, but I heard that knowing basic things like this make me stand out as a rarity among millenials. I know some of the things we're brought up learning (and things we aren't and have to find out on our own), but some people out there still amaze me and frighten me.
That being said, I do still feel sorry for our younger generations. They're only doing what they were taught to do. You can't blame them. Maybe the teachers, the modern curriculum, social media and culture shifting priorities toward activism instead of changing tires, writing checks or reading analog clocks,,, but you can't blame the kids for not learning it, nor for not knowing what they're supposed to learn.
