Yes, sadly he went from 22 pounds down to 7 from being sick.
This picture was the last one of him.
We were at the vet and were waiting for the doctor to come in and give him the shot to put him down :-(

The only good thing about having him put down was ending any suffering.

The sad thing about cats and dogs is they don’t really live long compared to humans. The good thing is God made a bunch of them.
I’m old now and have had a number of cats over the years. None of them “replaced” the other, but became new family members.
No regrets, it’s a lot of fun to love these little things 😻
