Diglett does indeed have feet, but never shows because it spends all its time underground. If it didn't have feet, claws or anything of that, how would they be able to use Dig and how do they move? And, according to the PokeDex, they are a mole pokemon.

We need to see a Pokémon in the show that can actually speak, other than meowth
