He said, his voice slightly amplified and slightly electronic instead of muffled due to his mask emitting his voice at around the normal speaking volume via hidden speakers on the outside.
(Ignore the fact that I made Billy with Gacha, I can't draw and there's no Picrew I want to use for Billy so I use Gacha Club instead of either of the two because it's easier to work with and it's free unlike commissions.)
