i mean, with adhd, it feels like your in the femur breaker! (for me personally)

I once had a growing pain in my shoulder, it was absolute hell. I even wore an arm brace.

that must have sucked, like it must felt like your shoulder was burning but 1000x as painful.
i once had a growing pain so bad i couldnt sleep, all that i could feel was hell.

it was in both legs, and i think an arm as well (or shoulder i cant remember)
it was fairly recent, like a few months or so idk. adhd forgor when

i made this cause i have one in my leg rn.
not bad tho.

I feel like I'm extremely cold and It's super annoying because It's usually in the middle of the night and it wakes me up and no matter how many blankets I put on it's so cold

I used to get growing pains in my legs a lot, and I kept being like “oh god I need to sit down for a bit” and then my legs would obviously still hurt and basically the best way to describe it is: absolute f**king hell
