Leftists point blank refuse to accept that it's cultural. The stronger and more stable the family units within a specific culture are -- and the overriding ethnic culture is by way of 'aiming' at success -- the more advancements and successes that culture achieves, and the individuals within that culture.

Content of character and obligated diversity hires are two contradictory concepts both in practice and by very definition.
