"Biden bribery" stories are total fabrications, that have been disproved by numerous fact-driven news articles and special reports from Factcheck.org and Snopes.com. The following is from a recent Snopes article:

All the news sources in the normal world say the opposite of what you allege. Putin has Russia on the edge of economic collapse, his troops don't want to fight, his tanks and other equipment is shoddy. Ukraine is expanding the offensive to attacks on Moscow and Crimea.
