panic attacks and the thought of wanting to harm and closet yourself from everyone suddently is not fun i sound like a psycho an

it makes me sad most of the times i go in a heavy yet short delusional episode no one seems to give a shit; yeah i know im not supposed to get actual attention from the internet but i wish i knew someone that had the same experience at least and cope to the fact im not alone
