A YouTuber actually got arrested for faking his plane malfunctioning and jumping out of it. Apparently, even if it doesn't hurt anyone or anything, destruction of an aircraft is still illegal
For context, he jumped out with a parachute, so he still wasn't hurt, and the whole way the video was structured made it obvious the plane didn't have any issues. He faked the whole thing
