Why is this happening?

I recently learned there was a CPS worker making a 9-1-1 call when a father took his children in the house a bit too quickly being really suspicious about it. The 9-1-1 operator was a f**king idiot though. The father murdered the children. The CPS worker said "Please, I can smell gasoline" and before police were even sent out, the f**king house exploded. I hope that 9-1-1 operator got fired for that shit
