Obviously Starry Night by Van Gogh is what this painting is based off of, but it's reminiscent of the Solar Eclipse back in 2017. In the zone where totality was reached, this is exactly what it looked like. Cars were parked everywhere, to the point where there were miles of road where it'd be hard to find a singular parking spot. Parking garages, I would imagine, would be entirely filled.
