Yeah but it also makes sense why Barbie beat Oppenheimer in the box office. Barbie is a well-known brand name, a lot of people have heard of the atomic bomb but don't know the name of the inventor of it. The Barbie movie is also a comedy satirizing the Barbie franchise so people would be more interested in such a comedy than a story about the inventor of the atomic bomb.
