I’M VERY STUMPED, SOMEONE SOLVE THIS FOR ME. SO, 3 GUYS BOOK AT A RESTAURANT. EACH GUY PAYS 10 DOLLARS TO PAY FOR THEIR STAY. EQUALING 30 DOLLARS. THE MANAGER SAID THAT HE MISTAKED THE PRICE AND IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 25 DOLLARS. THE MANAGER DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO SPLIT THE FIVE DOLLARS BETWEEN THE 3 GUYS, SO HE GAVE 1 DOLLAR TO EACH GUY AND KEPT THE 2 DOLLARS AND AS TIP. SO SINCE EACH GUY PAYED 10, AND GOT ONE DOLLAR BACK, THAT EQUALS 9 DOLLARS PAYED FOR EACH GUY. AND THERE’S 3 GUYS EQUALING 27 DOLLARS. THE MANAGER KEPT 2 AS TIP, ADDING IT ALL UP TO 29 DOLLARS. WHERE DID THE EXTRA DOLLAR GO!?
