He also got kicked out of the military after special arrangements were made to allow him, at age 42, to enter.

Get a case together to prove it. That's what you haven't done that the other prosecutors HAVE done.

They are!

Yes... you haven't been following what the whistleblowers have testified about...

So, you agree it should go to court!
Good for you!

Yeah. Show a grand jury that you have met the minimum standard for an indictment and it's all yours.

You can't do that, though, can you?

Not in any of those Democrat controlled cities we can’t.

oh really? they refuse to certify that you have the bare basic minimum legal standard for a prosecution case?

Well, that's a bit of a booger then, isn't it, seeing as how that is my entire exact point in the first place.

No…they refuse to even look at any evidence, sugarbooger

Just convince a grand jury that you have legally admissible evidence. That all you have to do. It's notoriously the EASIEST part of a prosecution.

So you've also never heard about whistleblowers testifying before Congress either...

Yes... you don't know the reason why whistleblowers testify before Congress...

Because Congressmen who are sympathetic to your politics put them on the guest list 🤷‍♀️

Yup... you don't... thanks for confirming that...

Yes... there's a difference between a whistleblower testimony and other testimonies before Congress... you shouldn't conflate the two...

There's also a difference with a grand jury deciding it meets the minimum legal standard for a courtroom. You keep forgetting that part.

What is considered hard evidence to you? photos? Texts? Police reports?

That's a question best asked to a lawyer. They should be able to give you the best guidance on what would be accepted by a court.

Exactly. You're avoiding having to prove anything you say.
