I assume they would. Even if you can't see with the eyes you got, I imagine they'd still hurt like hell of they got hit, and what's more, whatever hit you in those eyes could easily penetrate them and make contact with your brain.

That's correct, but I think some blind people's eyes are closed, those should hurt just as much as everywhere else

I don't know about the eye closing thing, but yeah. Actually, I'm pretty sure the eyes and the genitalia have more or less the same number of nerve endings.
