It's probably alcohol (which is a depressant that, when you're inebriated with it, makes you stupid stuff) or marijuana (derived from the hemp plant; when smoked, it can make you very high and elated, as well as lose contact with reality, and do equally stupid stuff, if not more so), one of the two :>
