It defines pornography as sexually explicit
material whose primary purpose is to
cause sexual arousal. Good lord, there isn't even any work for me to do here.
"Sexually explicit" essentially means gyrating genitals.
Anything short of that isn't sexually EXPLICIT. It's
sexually SUGGESTIVE, i.e. NOT PORNOGRAPHY.
It also means that explicit textbook illustrations of
sexual acts intended primarily for education are NOT
PORNOGRAPHY. You could rub one out to them sure,
but if we go around calling everything someone could
jerk off to pornography, then crusader streams would
have to remove all their memes about raiding
horny streams. 🤣
