Just finished the aegis Gundam! Here's how it turned out! First off, this kit looks AWESOME! But that doesn't mean it doesn't have any downsides. Articulation is slightly limited by the transformation mechanism (especially in the shoulders), but you can still achieve some pretty cool poses. Another thing: when you attach the beam rifle to the waist, it sticks out quite a bit. However this problem can be solved rather easily, just take off the small piece that lets it attach to the waist, and glue it onto the side of the gun rather than the bottom. Then it hopefully won't stick out as much. The shield doesn't experience this same problem. Although the attachment is kinda loose. Now, it can also transform into whatever this thing is, it's simply called the MA form. I haven't tested it prior to taking these pictures so let's hope it turns out good. Here it is, in all of it's nightmarish glory! These four arms are made to grab other Gundams/mobile suits. Here it is grabbing the master grade wing Gundam for example. And here it is side by side with it in both forms. The build for this was a bit strange, and the transformation is rather complicated, but after you figure those out it's actually a pretty nice kit! 7.8/10
