The second one gives more aesthetic vibes but the first one is more comic and ads character- I personally don’t prefer either

It really depends on what your making. If your doing comics, animations, or stuff that requires a lot of duplicates, do the 1st one.
If your doing a normal drawing or anything like it, you can do the 2nd. Or either.
