Cyrus is the boss of Team Galactic in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl (and Platinum). The scene on the right is from Platinum where he tries to control the Pokémon of time and the Pokémon of space to create his own “universe without strife.” (The scene is also found in Diamond and Pearl but only one of them is present in either game and it doesn’t result in Giratina swallowing Cyrus up in a black hole that could rip apart all of Sinnoh in Pokémon Diamond or Pearl.)
