Hi Summer, this will be a controversial suggestion but if you're prone to frustration it might help to take a benedryl. It's just an over the counter antihistamine/sleep aid. Long story short it can take the edge off agitation.
Some people find it actually MAKES them agitated, so if you decide to try it start with a half tablet, preferably some afternoon when you don't have to go anywhere. If it makes you feel worse, you're one of the small number of people who can't tolerate benedryl.
If it helps call you down without making you drowsy, it's a handy tool to keep in your kit for occasional use. (You could use it every day but it eventually stops having any noticeable effect.)
This would just help relieve symptoms and won't help the underlying cause, but it's another thing you could try.
