The first thing Cthulhu did was reassemble his army which took a long time of course, but once he did he revealed his plan for his attack on most of the multiverse, at least, he would’ve if he didn’t realize that he was missing someone.

Beldum was still hanging as a chandelier, and hated it. But suddenly, a fast moving object had cut what he was hanging from and he fell into a portal that had formed when he was falling, which led to right in front of Cthulhu, who then formed a new body for Beldum (which looked exactly like his old one).
“HOLY CRAP,” Beldum shouted in excitement, “YOU’RE BACK!!”
“Yep, and I’ve got something for you,” Cthulhu replied as he pulled out a power pearl he had gotten when he was locating one of his generals.
Beldum immediately grabbed the power pearl, and Cthulhu explained his plan, and the attack had begun.
