Omelettas Spirit, when Omeletta died, she went to the Unholy Plane, Omeletta went there because she killed her father when she was a child, her father was abusive, but Omi decided she had enough, and used her magic skill to teach her father a lesson, but she went a little overkill and killed him. Because of her incredible power, she does have the ability to leave the Unholy Plane and take form, but only for a day or two at a time. It drains a lot of her power too, so she can only do it around once every month. Omeletta will visit Eggy when she can, but because of her limited abilities, they can't be together for long. However, Omeletta let's Eggy be with Peyton, because she feels it is unfair for her to be in a relationship with Eggy when they can only be together once or twice a month, instead of him being with someone who can always be there for him.
