As someone who does camera installations for a living I'll tell you this you think the cameras in the White House are outdated CCTV systems you're grossly mistaken. Those lenses have multi filters as well as night vision as well as facial recognition

That's the joke...because the news is reporting that the baggie was so small that the cameras couldn't pick it up..... so please tell me this one question...Would the white house cameras be able to see who placed it and when?
