Nobody know but lowering the cost for rent and housing would be nice. It’s also a state issue. Places with brutal winters have lower homeless rates during the winter with the exception of Colorado. Some homeless programs provide free or reduced cost greyhound fare to get to family… I don’t know if that is helpful at all. Because they just travel to a warmer climate. So if it’s a matter of controlling immigration, and putting citizens first that might help. But reality is the homeless problem is effecting every state, and states can’t keep shipping homeless people to warmer climates. Adding to the problem.
