What's amusing is that a federal circuit court judge just ruled that Biden and company did violate the 1st Amendment when they conspired with the owners of social media outlets to censor conservative voices after Biden became president.
Can't assert anything in regards to the judge's intelligence; but that is the judge deciding that the feds don't get to censor factual information . . . as disinformation . . . for political reasons. The judge has forbidden Biden and company from discussing 'misinformation' or 'disinformation' anymore with said owners of social media companies.
