Honestly I go with this because if you look at Lefty's blueprints it looks like it would f*cking suck for the Puppet (literally possessed by HIS OWN DAUGHTER AND HE KNOWS IT) to be in there, so why would he give a crap about anyone else in there while the building is burning other than William who he's obviously trying to kill
Henry also kinda implies he has no f*cking idea who's in there as the manager and paired with the Insanity ending he just plain doesn't care who the manager is, he's gonna kill that anyways

We all just kinda assume "Henry said it, therefore it's true", even though this is also the guy who actively neglected the child murder situation until he felt guilty
