This is phase 2
The reason why he has 1000 - ∞ is because the more he takes damage the more he becomes powerful, so when he is at his last he'll be almost invincible, but only in phase 2
In phase 1 he does the same thing but less powerful 100-1000 instead, but he doesn't die and refuses death

But it's more like 1000-10000 but still

He is fuelled by determination and justice, and he is the last chance they have against you

Naturally all of this in genocide run

His main weapon is a cybernetic sword that uses light as a weapon, he may not have high attack but his sword gives him +1000 atk, so getting hit by the sword deals a great amount of damage

His armor is made by Indissolubilisite, a practically unbreakable mineral, which gives +1000 defense

His sword attacks deal burning damage, and most of his attacks do too

His special attack is: Emissary of Light
He powers up and stuns around him, if your stunned, you will get hit by the attack

Then he jumps up in the air, and his sword glows even brighter than the sun, and then he smacks down stabbing the ground with his sword, creating an explosion that will blind you and immobilize you for a bit
Dmg: deals 1200 dmg and bypasses the armor, so if you have less than 1200hp, your f**ked

Upon defeating him, you will gain his sword

Ability: None
Gimmick: Deals 5 burning damage every 1.5 seconds
