The solution is to follow the Constitution and enforce the immigration laws as intended. Strict quotas and stricter enforcement of those quotas will go a long way. Deport any and every one who is here illegally or overstaying their visas.
Arrest and charge all elected officials and appointees who have violated the Constitution and jail them if found guilty as charged.
Build and maintain the border wall. Arrest and convict anyone guilty of tampering with the wall.
Kill every “coyote” and cartel member caught. Do that a few times and they will get the proper message. Punish any country that facilitates cartels and illegal migration financially and diplomatically.

In short, get f**king serious.

That. Is. The. Solution.

I'm as much in favor of building the wall as anybody. As for the deporting, illegals have zero constitutional rights. So we could just hang them all instead with no questions asked, no trial needed, and no exceptions made. It would probably be cheaper and a hell of a lot more effective. Do away with Work Visas entirely. Either you are here legally, or you aren't.
