Sabbath Law - 7th day is a day of rest.
Spirit of the Sabbath Law - Every day is a day of rest. Not in terms of not working but experiencing the sense of peace with God that comes with the Sabbath. That one's heart and soul is at rest instead of being a stressed out mess like the flesh.
