alright, this isn't a kids movie like the rest, but it doesn't matter (spoiler warning, obviously)
Top Gun Maverick: in the aftermath from escaping the enemy base and planes, Hangman doesn't arrive in time so Mav and Goose get shot down by the final Su-57
if you want an earlier sad ending, have all of the bombs miss on the main mission, leading to the "rogue nation" (Iran, as proven by MatPat) becoming a nation with access to nuclear bombs, possibly triggering further conflicts leading to nuclear war leading to millions or billions of casualties
and if you want to absolutely speedrun a sad ending, have the explosion of the Darkstar (plane that goes 10x speed of sound) at the start of the movie actually kill Maverick rather than somehow having him eject and survive

I mentioned Pixels(tbh surprised that this never got put up here), can we really called that a kids movie?

It's more of a teens to adults movie, do my answer would be that Pixels is not a kids movie.

Everything in the movie is normal except that the kids at her new school make fun of her, and then the movie continues as normal until Riley loses her emotions because of Anger's "idea" and when Joy goes through the tube pipe to go back to headquarters but falls down, she gets forgotten as well as Bing bong. All the core memories are gone and sadness can't get back to headquarters. Which leaves Riley to go back to her old home and getting lost. Nobody sees her ever again, it was rumored that she was eaten by a bear.
