Horror!Me, otherwise known as "Devo" was actually an experiment. Devo's existence was to be an exact replica of myself, however it failed. Devo wasn't developed properly, which is why the tail is just bone. As well as this, being underdeveloped, they can do weird things.. such as the thing you saw in the image. They're also goopy
..Devo can speak english, but prefers making random noises, being the unhinged thing it is.
