Collector: I mainly stop the stuff in present day or when inkmatas is alive in that timeline, just so that what I do is remembered better than some carvings on a wall.

Collector: I am no simp. This is simply a way to get rid of excess rage. Something about seeing horrible people like them die horribly is satisfying to me. Anyway, allow me to clarify something. I don't do it OFTEN. For perspective, in the last year I've only done it twice. Five is the most I've had in one year. It's mainly after several weeks of failed attempts to do something. Y'know when you're mad enough that you just want to smash everything? Imagine that but as a god. So, I use that anger to benefit other timelines. By curing a problem that nobody on that planet had the equipment or skills to truly fix.

And when I heard inky's origin story, I had an exact location, that works in nearly EVERY timeline. With some of the worst people in that world all in one place.

Collector: and just because I kill... Probably hundreds in other timelines, doesn't mean I don't do any good here.
