Nah, it would make popular users such as you and Iceu have an advantage cuz they could just ban the people that downvote their memes. What would be a better idea is ban people from flagging stuff
Unless you mean disabling up/downvoting in the individual stream settings? I could see some people wanting that, so stream members can show off memes without worrying about vote drama/begging.
