K.. couple things..
1. Trump sold himself as "the Law and Order President" as if he was some sort of upstanding citizen always following the rules.
2. Trump specifically ranted about handling classified documents in terms of "locking up" Hillary and even signed laws into the books regarding this.... so it's like... should he even be held to his own standard?
3. Maybe the OP meme is meant to just be taken as hyperbole.... (?) but if not, idk who in "the hood" is getting 20 years for that. Seems incredibly excessive if not legit racist. I'd be curious as to what the exact circumstances were. Did they get caught with the gun while actually smoking crack..with enough crack on them to also get intent to sell? Were they also a convicted felon? Did they have a list of prior arrests? Did they also use a fake SSN? How many guns were there? Was the gun connected to other crimes? Are they in a gang? How did they possibly manage to get 20 years?
4. Look at the context around Hunter's gun charge.... As far as I know this was his first gun charge, and possibly first time with any charges so... first time offender... And the only reason he got caught was because of a book.... Written by himself.... ~ 3 years after the fact...... And he didn't even own the gun anymore......

If Hunter is still currently the straight up crack addict the right portrays him as, it seems highly likely that this will be only the beginning of his legal problems considering that
part of his "slap on the wrist" is keeping his nose clean for 2 years.....
