The reason someone else is mod can't be a reason to make someone else mod. Work on yourself. Become a real human with a stable and independent identity.

We have a history of mods taking unnecessary moderation action or avoiding necessary moderation action just to act "based" and please the hive-mind. It was a bad time for moderation.

I've seen the jokingly insulting part, I need to see the seriously helpful part too before I can recommend you. Makes sense, right?

And the only reasons I’ve ever had my mod taken was because of “mod abuse” (deleting homophobic comments, but neither owners were Allies, so “mod abuse”)
