Yep . . . alas, in Texas we have certainly learned that about the fleeing California citizens. They land in a low taxation, vigorously capitalistic culture that values freedom . . . and then IMMEDIATELY vast numbers of them start trying to instill the exact same policies and laws that just inspired them to flee from California. It's a perpetually repeating cycle of insanity with them.
