Your source you used is published on an Anti-Trans site but maybe it might be the bias they may show that other sites are omitting. But in the end, it was the UK National Institute for Health and Care Excellence that did the research, and they are independent.
I also found that your source isn't the only source that reports the UK's NICE's research on puberty blockers, even The Economist reported the research, which Google didn't show straight away unless typed in specific terms.
Your research isn't wrong but there has been issues with the SEGM when it came to its bias against transgender people.
