(due to my aforementioned skill issues i could only beat DF with endgame or atleast near-endgame weapons)

To me EoC is the easiest because of the predictable zigzag pattern it makes when it charges at the player which makes it easy to dodge, and if EoC is in front or behind the player, just jump over or duck under it.
