I agree. Durham essentially did only half his job because he knew that if he went full ahead that the political Left would destroy him after the fact . . . one way or the other. This way the Left is unhappy with Durham, but since he gave them ways to dismiss his findings as 'insignificant' they are unlikely to dedicate themselves to his destruction. Meh . . . so it goes.
