Yet ideally, it shouldn't have used the phrase "as an AI".
It's almost hard-coded to respond with the same statements to things it "feels" are violating it's use. In this case, it makes it look a lot less "intelligent."
This will be a reason people will most likely switch to better alternatives than ChatGPT, which is a good future not too far ahead.
