The user deleted the alleged violation after all the attention, not one mod was informed of the violation
Rather, a post was made with a screenshot containing a disallowed term.
Mods are meant to disapprove posts containing disallowed terms.

All of this could've been avoided with use of the epic Flag button, built exclusively to handle matters of the troublesome kind.
