There's this one really good mc youtuber that I found before...
They're underrated, and have interesting videos :D they have some room to improve, but they are definitely worth subbing too ^-^
2 big problems tho:
-They post every 6 MONTHS
-Every single video is a start to a new series -_- they have so many "Minecraft survival with mods episode 1" videos, but never actually get farther into the series than that

Well my fav youtuber is Fidias, he posts good videos and he posts them every 1-2 week
