This IP ban is different from the usual IP bans suggested here.
The normal IP ban would simply deny new account creation, but you can see the images and make unpublished memes.
This IP ban, however, would prohibit the IP address from accessing the Imgflip website entirely. That means no viewing images, no making memes for other platforms, and you would get the 403 Forbidden error.
The ban should only be carried out by Global Moderators. However, not all of them can code. The 403 Forbidden error involves coding, so the people capable of doing would be the Global Moderators who also happen to be developers. Because of this, I thought of an alternative: the sole person who should have this ability is the owner of Imgflip. Which do you think is the better alternative?
