Maybe I'm setting the bar low but Bill Clinton is more of a decent person than Joe Biden

As much as I hate the Clinton family and its corruption, I think Bill Clinton is better than Joe Biden in terms of policies. Bill Clinton made welfare reform policies that got millions of Americans off welfare and back to the workforce.
