But a sitting President can make any document declassified. But Senator Biden has classified documents in his multiple locations?
Frankly I don't see the lure of keeping such things after leaving office. Half that crap is probably why presidents get premature white hair while aging poorly.
A lot of the proof the FBI etc were spying on him is within those documents .
Plus proof General Mark Milly is guilty of treason by promising China America will never attack them
